IMPORTANT NOTE :

- For any breakages, please:

1. Keep all original packaging along with the damaged goods together in tact - our courier will come to pick this up. 

2. Submit an online enquiry through www.fastway.com.au within 24 HOURS of signing for the package (enter your tracking number and at the bottom there is an option to make an enquiry).

After this period, we will not be responsible for any replacements.

3. Notify us at hello@lifeofcha.com.au with your tracking number, order number and photos.

- The recipient is responsible for any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods.

What if I change my mind after payment is made?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on change of mind after a payment has been made.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and credit cards. 

How do I subscribe to your newsletters?

At the bottom of the website, you will see a heading called "Newsletter", simply enter your email and click "subscribe".

How do I unsubscribe to your newsletters?

Click on the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the newsletter

I have a pre-existing medical condition, can I still drink your tea?

Our teas are for general purpose use. If you are unsure, please consult your healthcare practitioner.
